Right now we're focused on three areas: Customer Success (onboarding new clients, training owners on pHara, and being the human voice on the other end of the SMS thread), engineering (front-end / framework work on the Hugo + Bootstrap platform and AI orchestration on the agentic side), and sales / partnerships (relationships with industry brands, associations, and trade networks).

We're remote-first. Headquarters is in Concord, NC (Charlotte metro), and the founders work hybrid out of the area, but engineering, Customer Success, and partnerships roles are open to the right person anywhere in the continental US.
Expect a working-hours overlap with Eastern Time, asynchronous defaults, and a heavy bias toward written communication — Notion, Slack, GitHub, and the same SMS thread our clients use to reach pHara.
Small team, real ownership, no layers. You'll work directly with the founders — including Bryan Rainey, President & Co-Founder — and you'll see the impact of what you ship the same week. We pressure-test every product decision against the question "could the owner do this from their phone in under a minute?", which keeps the work focused and the BS low.
